Q. Please tell me hou you met PIPE COASTER.

A. We were looking for an all-purpose machine that could cut pipes as well as drill long holes in shaped steel. Then, I came across the PIPE COASTER.

Q. PIPE COASTER’s strong point is that it can cut not only round pipe and square tube, but also angle and c-channel with jig. How does it feel to use?

A. Normally, cutting is difficult for inexperienced workers, but the PIPE COASTER can be operated by young workers with the feel of a tablet, enabling them to achieve the same level of finish as experienced workers.
I feel that the PIPE COASTER is a good machine that will serve as an entry point for young workers to play an active role, which in turn will give them confidence.

Q. Since data creation and machine operation in the PIPE COASTER are performed on a touch panel, many young workers quickly get used to the process! How about our support system?

Q. Before install the PIPE COASTER, how did you process steel?

A. I used the band sow. Depending on the thickness, the PIPE COASTER can cut at half the speed of the band saw.

Q. I’m grad to hear that your work efficiency has improved! Please tell me about any other changes before and after the installation of the PIPE COASTER?

A. PIPE COASTER can not only simple cutting, but also beveling with a single machine, we can get projects that could not be done with a band sow.
The ability to cut not only round pipe but also all kinds of steel materials is also a big help.

Q. What is your best function of PIPE COASTER?

A. I suggest the marking function(*option). The demands from users to mark product before delivery are not few.And this process is hard.
The PIPE COASTER can cut and mark at the same time, saving a great deal of time!

Q. Recentry, barcode and QR code can be printed!By the way, you use gas cutting function(*option), too. How is it?

A. If I cut thick steel, I use gas cutting. In this case, I use clean hydrogen gas to reduce greenhouse gas during operation.
